Chromebook 3 linux samsung touchpad download driver

So I installed Windows 10 (LTSB 2016) on a Dell Chromebook 11 (P22T) and everything seems to work except the touchpad. I have tried installing the drivers from the Coolstar website tutorial, but the trackpad doesn't even show up in device manager to try forcing a driver install on it.
